John DePass Canadian bodybuilder and Professional Fitness Trainer == Profile == John DePass is a lifetime athlete. He started in athletics at the age of 5. His background includes provincial level soccer, National level racquetball, OFSA level sprinter, Martial arts, Boxing, Semi Pro Football, Yoga, Tai-Chi and international level Bodybuilding. John Studied Kinesiology at Mcmaster University in Hamilton Ontario. He was personal training at age 20 before there was a Canadian national governing body of trainers. He was certified by the Canadian Personal Training Network in 1993. An anatomy teacher at the Alexadrian Institute for Massage Therapy. John is a lifetime student of exercise science and continues to study, practice, apprentice, certify and educate himself with continued education programs. He opened the first Private personal training studio in Hamilton in 1997 and now owns and operates Hi-End Personal trainers currently located in Burlington Ontario. John has logged over 25 000 private personal training hours making him the most sought after private personal trainer in the GTA. By age 20 John dePass was junior provincial body building champion. In 1994 he was the youngest competitor and the Canadian representative at the Mr. Universe competition in Guam USA. There he met and mentored with some of the greatest bodybuilders of our time. In 1997 John won the North American Middle weight bodybuilding championships earning him his professional status. Now a married Father of 3 John dePass resides in Burlington Ontario.
